What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Your privacy is always protected with professional draping; I only uncover the specific area I am working on.
How should I prepare for my massage?
To get the most out of your treatment, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary intake forms. I recommend staying well-hydrated throughout the day and avoiding heavy meals for at least 1–2 hours before your session to ensure you are comfortable while lying on the table.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. This allows me to offer that time to another client in need.
Do you use deep pressure?
My work is intuitive. I work as deeply as your tissues allow for a restorative release, but I never use brute force.
What is the Head, Scalp & Jaw Release?
This is the ultimate session for those who carry their stress "up high." If you find yourself clenching your teeth, feeling "tight" in the face, or just needing a deep, quiet reset for your mind, this is for you. It’s a specialized head massage that targets the scalp and external jaw muscles to leave you feeling physically unburdened and mentally quiet.
What does a Jaw (TMJ) or Sinus massage feel like?
Because these areas are so closely linked to the nervous system, this work is incredibly relaxing. I work entirely on the external muscles of the face, jawline, and neck to release the "grip" of tension that leads to headaches and pressure.
Do I have to worry about sinus treatment being uncomfortable?
Not at all. The goal of the sinus relief therapy is to reduce pain, not cause it. I use gentle, rhythmic pressure and soothing massage to invite the tissues to soften and drain naturally. Like all my work, this session is intuitive—if you ever need an adjustment in pressure, just let me know.
Can massage help my Plantar Fasciitis?
Yes, releasing the tension in your calf muscles that pull directly on the tissues in your heel, is key to lasting relief. My approach focuses on loosening the calves and the arch of the foot to reduce inflammation and help you move more comfortably.
What is Energy Balancing?
It is a gentle, non-invasive way to harmonize your body’s natural flow. Adding it to the end of a massage helps you feel more "grounded" and peaceful before you head back into your day.
How often should I come in for a session?
This depends entirely on your body’s unique needs. You’re always in the driver’s seat regarding how often you visit. While it usually takes a few sessions close together to really release chronic tension or sinus issues, the pace is entirely up to you. Some clients find a monthly refresh helpful, while others simply book whenever they feel tension starting to build.
